Extract Service
Our Extract service explained

Our Extract executable is sent to your E1 technical staff, typically a System Administrator. The executable then interrogates both the Pristine and Production environments looking for the precise net change, thereby identifying where all the modifications are located. Based on the extract results, we provide you with the Preliminary Audit Report & Quotation at no cost. This contains our initial findings and a quote (fixed price) for the DWSDimension service. This allows you to seek approval to proceed with the full Dimension service without incurring any cost.

If you do not have access to a Pristine environment, DWS can still help. We have all the Pristine environments for each release loaded at our facility. It is possible for the customer to run the Extract over their Production objects and for DWS to then compare that to the appropriate Pristine objects for that release.

The FOC extract will give you a high level view of your modified footprint which you can then cross-check against your own understanding of your E1 system.
